LIA DANIELE Ballet, Latin, Jazz Trained at The Joffrey Ballet School & The Hartt School of Fine Arts, Sheran's daughter Lia brings her love of dance to Ballet Arts. Lia teaches Ballet, Latin, Choreography, Jazz and Tap and is available for private lessons. Lia's stage credits include 'Bye Bye Birdie', 'West Side Story', 'Havana After Dark', 'The Rat Pack Revue' & 'Children of Eden'. Lia is assistant producer at The New York Performer's Project and has performed by invitation at the World Dance Congress in Cyprus. |

SHERAN DANIELE, Artistic Director Ballet After 33 years in Dance education, Sheran's network of teachers and performers brings the finest talent to the students of the studio. She can often be found in class, where she enjoys instrucing the young dancers the most. Sheran received her degrees in Dance Education and Choreography from Skidmore College, where she schooled under Melissa Hayden, prima ballerina at New York City Ballet.

ASZMARA Belly Dancing Aszmara tours throughout the United States and Europe teaching workshops, seminars, master classes and performing. A leader in the field of Oriental Dance, she is co-director/co-founder of New York City's SaZ Dance Theatre, a multi-cultural women's dance company. Aszmara is one of the founders and principal dancers of the Middle Eastern dance company, Oriental Images, winners of the AAMED Hall of Fame award. She is principal dancer with Transition, an Ethnic Jazz fusion group, since 1988.

Yoga
Mildred has taught Yoga for 24 years. Ms. Gladwin's class offers traditional Hatha Yoga emphasizing breath control and relaxation. Her techniques are based on Intregal, Iyengar, Kripalu and Bikram Yoga.
